This winter food day trip promises coziness and winter comfort foods in Glen Mills, a place where you’ll feel like you’re on a Hallmark Movie set, writes Maddy Switzer-Lammie for Philadelphia Magazine.

The magazine listed The Inn at Grace Winery and the Arasapha Tree Farm as two winter food day trips within 90 minutes of the city.

Visit these places for an opportunity to try some Pennsylvania wine, sit by the fire and make ‘smores.

The Inn at Grace Winery sits on a wooded property just outside of Glen Mill and is only a 35-minute drive from Center City.

There are seven rooms, a restaurant and a tasting room.  You can sit inside the renovated barn and drink some wine, eat snacks and enjoy charcuterie and cheese pairings.

You can also sit by the fire and/or take in the winter sun.

At nearby Arasapha Tree Farm, take a free hayride to the Christmas Tree Forest. Cut down your own tree, with a choice of a Fraser Fir, Douglas Fir or Silver Fir, or choose from thousands of fresh cut trees. There’s also a selection of wreaths and roping.

Afterwards, enjoy fresh Apple Cider Donuts, coffee, hot chocolate and ‘Smores.
