The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline; three to five years of experience in finance in a medium-sized, high-growth company; and excellent financial modeling and Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Marketing Operations Analyst

This position creates and maintains reports and dashboards in Salesforce.com to provide insights into marketing campaign performance, funnel conversion, and ROI; works in marketing databases to ensure data is clean, complete, and organized; and troubleshoots data issues.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; a minimum of three years of experience providing data analysis in a B2B marketing department; and experience providing detailed analytics and reports, preferably with a BI tool.

This position executes full-cycle recruiting for all non-technical roles from role opening through offer acceptance; collaborates on job description creation and compensation for approved roles; and helps build and execute an annual recruiting strategy to meet forecasted needs.
