This position researches and recommends best practices to develop and integrate leadership strategies; stays current with external trends through benchmarking and research; and ensures the quality and consistency of leadership assessments, metrics, and measurements, and alignment to leadership strategy.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience in roles requiring expert facilitation on talent and/or organizational development areas and in the assessment, design, and delivery of leadership competencies and programs or initiatives.

Industrial Engineering Project Leader

This position tests and evaluates potential store equipment and supplies targeted for new initiatives or performance upgrades; champions innovation through new design initiatives; and manages the day-to-day responsibilities and work within the Innovation and Design Center.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering; five years of experience in a technical field or in Wawa store operations; experience with AutoCAD and/or 3D Design Modeling; and high proficiency in process design and time study methodologies.

Manager of Mobile Application Development

This position develops relationships with teams throughout the company to ensure coverage of all aspects of application development and delivery; oversees the creation of team deliverables, including architecture and code development; and ensures delivered software meets or exceeds security requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in information technology, engineering, or a related discipline; a minimum of 10 years of technical experience; and a minimum of five years of experience in a leadership role delivering complex enterprise projects.
