Enrollment Services Representative

This position calculates and submits third party invoices for students as they relate to billing contracts for employer tuition payments; processes external scholarships and assists financial aid counselors with applications for those scholarships; and monitors and tracks students enrolled in partner programs.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and prior work experience in higher education; a minimum of three years of experience in customer service or office support work; experience working with Ellucian/Colleague; and proficiency in using Microsoft Office software.

Assistant Dean of Students for Resident Life

This position supervises the student housing operations function and area coordinator staff; develops and implements a plan to create a dynamic, student-focused team; develops and maintains departmental programming and operation budgets; and provides crisis and emergency support.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree or doctorate in higher education or a related discipline; a minimum of seven years of professional residence life experience; experience as a director of resident life; and a proven track record of success leading a residence life team.

Financial Aid Counselor

This position prepares financial aid awards for undergraduate students, including performing tax verification and loan processing; counsels students, parents, and administrators regarding financial aid, payment plans, and financing alternatives; and makes public presentations on financial aid.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two years of experience working with financial aid; experience using an administrative database system to administer a financial aid program; and superior communication and interpersonal skills.
