Client Services Team – Project Director

This position checks back-end data for all ad hoc and ongoing projects; formats, writes, reviews, and tests questionnaires for accuracy; and communicates with internal and external teams to assure the data and other deliverables meet project specs.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, social science, or business, one to three years of experience in market research, familiarity with SPSS, and a professional attitude with strong interpersonal skills.

Client Services Team – Associate Project Director

This position performs quality control checks on surveys, provides daily and weekly rate and incidence updates, provides clear specifications and schedules to the operating team, and assists with incoming and outgoing respondent communications.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, social science, or business, experience with SPSS, and strong interpersonal, critical thinking, and communication skills.
