Job Fair

Dunwoody Village is hosting a campus-wide job fair on Wednesday, Jan. 14, from 11 AM to 5:30 PM, at 3500 West Chester Pike in Newtown Square.

Interviews will be offered on the spot for full-time, part-time, and per diem/pool openings.

Full-Time Environmental Services Porter

Dunwoody Village is seeking qualified candidates for a full-time Environmental Services Porter position with a 7 AM to 3 PM shift. 

The position also requires working a weekend and holiday rotation.

The Porter is responsible for providing a clean environment to all assigned areas, including common areas, private resident rooms, offices, bathrooms, and/or storage areas.

The Porter has a strong working knowledge of sanitizing and disinfecting bathrooms and common areas. The candidate must have 1+ years of experience as an EST housekeeper. Commercial floor care experience is preferred.

All offers of positions are contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check, two completed references, an Influenza record, and a drug screen.

Facilities Manager

Dunwoody Village is seeking a Facilities Manager.

Candidates must have extensive experience managing mechanics, plumbers, painters, and other specialized staff working in the community. You will ensure compliance with all regulations (including PA Department of Health, Department of Human Services, and Life Safety) and uphold high standards of the community, and assist our residents with high-quality customer service and compassion.

How you will make an impact

  • Oversee the maintenance and quality of all community facilities, including buildings, grounds, tools, and equipment, ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment for residents and staff.
  • Manage a team of 10 mechanics and painters and support the team in their growth, education, and career development opportunities.
  • Lead and develop departmental teams through effective hiring, training, performance management, and employee engagement.
  • Establish and implement departmental and community goals, performance metrics, and training programs.
  • Manage budgets, financial controls, and systems to meet or exceed financial performance targets.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Foster a culture of excellence by demonstrating technical and management proficiency, initiative, and leadership aligned with the mission, vision, and values of Dunwoody Village.

What you will need

  • A valid driver’s license is required if operating community vehicles.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in General Services / Facilities Operations.
  • Experience with CCRC-specific Life Safety Regulations.
  • Ability to initiate and implement necessary plans to assure proper maintenance of facilities.
  • Experience with the WorxHub work order system.

RN Nursing Supervisor

Dunwoody Village is seeking to fill Part-Time Registered Nurse Supervisor weekend openings, 7 PM-7:30 AM shift.

RN Supervisors will also be expected to accept floor assignments as necessary.

The supervisor is responsible for clinical supervision of long-term care and short-term rehabilitation units.

Key responsibilities for this position include the following:

  • Comprehensive onboarding, training, and mentoring of staff.
  • Supervising, auditing, and monitoring of the long-term care and short-term rehabilitation units.
  • Ensuring that the Pennsylvania Department of Health (DOH) regulations/guidelines are followed.

Eligible candidates must meet the following requirements:

  • Point Click Care experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of long-term care experience and excellent assessment skills.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a primary role.
  • Must be a PA-licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with current CPR certification.
