Power Home Remodeling, based in Chester, has placed 14th on the 2025 list of Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For, according to a release at businesswire.com.
This is the eighth year the company has made the list and the third consecutive time it has placed in the top 15.
The Fortune ranking is based on employee feedback.
“POWER’s north star has been and always will be creating a great place to work,” said co-CEO Asher Raphael. “That mission has no destination; it’s a never-ending journey that requires listening to, engaging with, and learning from our people. Every day we get up and go to work for them, not the other way around.”
Power Home Remodeling is a growing, billion-dollar organization, proving that profit and employee well-being do not have to be mutually exclusive, the release stated.
Some initiatives focusing on employees include:
- Formal leadership development programming.
- Unique experiences fostering community, like an annual award-winning Quest music festival in Mexico.
- Upskilling opportunities like the Dan Price Craftsmanship Academy or the Power Code Academy.
- A community impact initiative giving employees a voice and choice in deciding where corporate funding goes.
