Power Home Remodeling in Chester Continues National Expansion With Las Vegas Office

Power Home Remodeling continues its national expansion goal with the opening of its farthest west office in Las Vegas.

Power Home Remodeling, now a billion-dollar home remodeling company, is adding two new offices as it continues its westward national expansion, writes Ryan Mulligan for Philadelphia Business Journal.

The Chester-based company has new locations in Las Vegas and Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The company’s goal is to debut facilities in two new metropolitan areas each year.

Power Home opened a 45,000-square-foot office in Las Vegas and a 34,200-square-foot office in Fort Lauderdale that includes a 10,000-square-foot warehouse.

There are 60 workers in Fort Lauderdale, while 30 are on staff in Las Vegas.

Power Home Remodeling co-founder Adam Kaliner expects staff at both facilities to grow to between 150 and 200 employees sometime in the next four years.

With the two new locations, Power Home Remodeling now operates 21 offices, with the Las Vegas location the furthest west for the company to date.

Westward expansion beyond Las Vegas is likely to continue, Kaliner said.

“It’s not a matter of if, it’s when — meaning that we will be further west in the coming years for sure,” Kaliner said.

The expansion comes following an effort by the company to refresh its brand and increase company awareness.
