The top 25 suburbs in the Philadelphia area for 2024 included five from Delaware County, reports Stacker.
All five of the Delaware County towns had schools that received an A+ or an A.
Radnor, at No. 20, has homes with a median value of $762,400 and a median rent of $1,795.
The township got a C for the cost of living and a C for the weather.
Haverford, at No. 18, has homes with a median value of $413,000 and a median rent of $1,584.
The township got a C+ for cost of living and a B- for weather.
Nether Providence, at No. 9, has homes with a median value of $400,300 and a median rent of $1,663.
The township got a C+ for the cost of living and a B for the weather.
Rose Valley, at No. 6, has homes with a median value of $679,700 and a median rent of $3,250.
It scored a B for the cost of living and a B for the weather.
Swarthmore, at No. 4, has homes with a median value of $504,900 and a median rent of $1,376.
It got a C+ for the cost of living and a B- for the weather.
