Newtown Square-based SAP is among the best employers for new graduates in the nation, according to a new ranking by Forbes.
Attracting recent graduates requires significantly more effort today as young professionals are not afraid to communicate their boundaries and needs.
“Younger generations like Gen Z are skeptical of the structures around them and of the way things have been done because they are, in general, so socially minded, so they’re more willing to voice what they need to succeed at work,” said Nicole Kyle, managing director and co-founder of CMP Research.
To compile America’s Best Employers For New Grads 2024 list, Forbes partnered with Statista and surveyed over 100,000 young professionals working for United States companies that have at least 1,000 employees.
The respondents were asked to rate their companies, among other things, on compensation, benefits, advancement opportunities, and working conditions.
SAP ranked at No. 383 on the list. The IT software and services company has 111,961 employees and revenue of $34.5 billion.
