See which five Delaware County communities are seeing the fastest rise in home prices.

So where exactly in Delaware County are home prices rising the fastest at the moment?

Stacker has compiled a list of communities in the Philadelphia Metro Area showing where home prices are rising the most.

According to its list of 30 communities, Delaware County home prices are rising fastest in Media, Broomall, Havertown, Glen Mills, and Garnet Valley are seeing home prices rising the fastest.

Media placed 27th on the list of 30.  With home values at $564,416, it saw a 7.6 percent one-year price rise, up $40,069. Over five years, prices have increased 44.1 percent.

Broomall placed 25th. With home values at $513,442, it saw a 8.5 percent one-year price rise, or $40,330. Over five years, prices have increased 44.6 percent.

Havertown placed 18th. With home values at $467,751, it saw a one-year price rise of 10.5 percent, or $44,343. Over five years, prices have increased 50.2 percent.

Glen Mills placed 10th. With home values at  $637,209, it saw a one-year price rise of 8.5 percent, or $50,051. Over five years, prices have increased 44.3 percent.

Garnet Valley placed 8th. With home values at $641,314, it saw a one-year price rise of 9 percent, or $52,740. Over five years, prices have increased 46 percent.
