There are 60 restaurant projects opening in the Philadelphia region over the next several months, including four new Delaware County restaurants, writes Michael Klein for The Philadelphia Inquirer.

Here are the new Delaware County restaurants opening this fall.

Cafesphere at 25 E. State St. in Media is a European-style café from Polish-born Magdalena Pasciak. It will Italian coffee drinks, loose-leaf teas, sweet and savory croissants, locally sourced cakes and pastries, zero-proof cocktails, and a menu of French baguettes.

Ardmore Donburi at 47 E. Lancaster Ave. in Ardmore is a fast-casual restaurant featuring Japanese rice bowls. A Sept. 20 opening is planned.

Al Pastor at 13 W. Benedict Ave. in Havertown is replacing Town Tap.  Owners Justin Weathers and Joseph Monnich, who have in stake in other successes like Stove & Tap, DePaul’s Table, and Joey Chops, are opening a festive taqueria.

At the Table at 118 W. Lancaster Ave. in Wayne brings a new location to the popular local restaurant. Owners Alex Hardy and Tara Buzan-Hardy are looking for a late-September opening. The new spot features a four-seat oyster bar, an outdoor garden patio, and a beverage program.
