Ever wonder how the products you use every day are filled into their bags, bottles, jars, or containers?

Stroll the aisles of any grocery store or pharmacy, and take a look at what’s sitting on the shelves.

Name the product — coffee, candy, snacks, flours, dried fruit, protein powders, rice, seasonings, household cleaners, cosmetics, pet food, chemicals, medicine, grains, detergents, etc. — and there’s a good chance that All-Fill’s equipment packaged it.

Exton-based All-Fill offers a variety of packaging machines and solutions for products ranging from food to pharmaceuticals.

“We build equipment that fills products into containers,” said Executive Vice President Kyle Edginton.

“We are doing everything from rigid containers to flexible containers,” said President and CEO Ryan Edginton. “We are filling dry goods. We are filling liquid goods. We are doing pretty much everything in the packaging industry.”

When Edginton’s grandfather started the company in 1969, All-Fill established a relatively small market share in the dry powder filling industry. All-Fill’s signature piece of equipment was an auger filler — “the main bread and butter of this company,” said Kyle Edginton — and All-Fill’s focus at its inception was on products like baby powders, dusting powders, and talcum powders. By the mid-1980s, the company had become the industry leader in the auger filler space.

As the industry has changed over the years, though, so has All-Fill. The OEM (original equipment manufacturer) has always adapted to the ever-changing demands of customers and continuously strives to improve its performance by pushing the boundaries of industry standards.

What makes All-Fill unique compared to anybody else is in the packaging industry is its product offering. Today, All-Fill is a one-stop shop for customers’ packaging needs.
