Harrah’s Chester Casino & Racetrack is a recently renovated racino on the Chester waterfront with 2,900 slot machines, 100,000 square feet of gaming space, a 14,000-square-foot event center, harness racing, a variety of entertainment, and Guy Fieri.

Advertising and Graphic Design Specialist

This position manages all aspects of advertising, graphic design, and the aesthetic of the casino floor; supports and cultivates new ideas and methods to deliver business solutions; and coordinates all phases for the creation and production of marketing materials, including concept development.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; three to five years of advertising work experience; strong networking and presentation skills; experience with budget administration and program/project administration; and understanding of social media.

 Player Development Executive

This position targets, develops, and assesses new business relationships; effectively delivers required sales targets; maintains relationships with VIP/VVIP guests through personal contact by phone and in person; and identifies ways to increase efficiencies or improve products or services.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and three to five years of sales experience, preferably in luxury brands; proficiency with customer point-of-service systems; excellent interpersonal, customer service, networking, communication, and problem solving skills.

Coordinator of Promotions & Events

This position coordinates and executes all promotional programs and offerings; works with internal departments and external vendors to ensure that deadlines are met for events; and proactively communicates promotional information to internal and corporate departments.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing or business administration; basic skills with Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with Casino Management System software; three years of event planning experience; and strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
