Program Manager, Day Programs

This position oversees the daily operations of assigned adult day support services including meeting budgetary guidelines, client billing, and regulatory compliance; maintains direct supervision of day sup

port services; and ensures appropriate personal and physical care for consumers.

The ideal candidate will possess an advanced degree and one to four years of experience working directly with persons with intellectual disabilities; five years of experience working with people with developmental disabilities; and excellent customer service, communication, and presentation skills.

Manager, Software Development

This position designs, develops, maintains, operates, and supports software applications and tools based on Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management; and hires, trains, evaluates, manages, and supervises a team of software developers and business analysts.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or a related discipline; a minimum of one year of experience developing solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM application framework; and five years of application programming experience.

Clinical Case Manager

This position develops needs assessments based on individual interviews and reviews of intake assessments; facilitates interagency team meetings and service planning; develops a service coordination plan for individuals; and conducts insurance reviews as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a closely related discipline; a license in social work and/or counseling; three years of experience working directly with adults in a behavioral health setting; and strong time management and organizational skills.
