Presentation Designer

This position executes presentation-based design projects under the strategic and creative direction of senior management; ensures consistent quality of all presentations while meeting branding guidelines; and understands the capabilities and requirements of presentation production.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in graphic arts, marketing, communications, or multimedia communications; a minimum of two years of experience in graphic design and presentation/production design; and proficiency in Keynote and Adobe Creative Suite.

Payroll Coordinator

This position reconciles employee time sheets and PTO requests for accuracy; performs high-volume data entry pertaining to new hires, taxes, direct deposits, benefit deductions, and department transfers; and assists in collecting data for general audits and special projects with time-sensitive deadlines.

The ideal candidate will possess one to three years of payroll experience and FPC or CPP certification; knowledge of federal and state payroll regulations; excellent Microsoft Excel skills; and a high level of confidentiality.

Senior Social Media Strategist

This position develops and enacts social media strategies; develops campaigns and associated content that tactically execute on designed strategies; presents strategy, campaign concepts, and analysis to management; and applies analytics to better profile, target, and re-target audience.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in communications, digital media, marketing, or business; three to six years of demonstrated experience managing social media efforts; experience with social media management suites and tools; and excellent storytelling and presentation skills.
