Director of Conferences and Event Planning
This position generates and increases revenue to promote the university’s mission; develops promotional materials – including brochures, web pages, and direct mailing materials – to distribute to clients; creates rates and pricing structure for conferences; and formulates estimates and proposals for facility uses and rental.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or hospitality management; five to eight years of experience in academic events, corporate events, or the hospitality industry; and strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and supervisory skills.

Maintenance Technician III, HVAC
This position repairs, maintains, installs, and operates air delivery equipment, support components, and associated control systems; works on control systems and components associated with HVAC delivery systems; and stocks and maintains the necessary material and parts inventory.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent; five years of related experience and considerable knowledge of the methods, materials, tools, equipment, occupational hazards, and safety precautions of the trade; and a valid operator’s license.
