Field Service Technician
This position debugs and troubleshoots applications in the field using Crestron, Extron, and AMX software languages, makes graphical user interface adjustments as directed, and configures all devices to their optimal settings.
The ideal candidate will possess certification, knowledge, and understanding of Polycom, Tandberg, Crestron, BiAmp, AMX, BSS, and/or ClearOne software, the ability to explain complex functionality to clients, and exceptional problem-solving skills.

Lead Installation Technician
This position installs hardware, infrastructure, and technology components throughout a project, provides detailed site status reports to the project manager, and completes needed maintenance, organization, and upkeep of the warehouse.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of commercial AV installation experience, a proven track record for AV installation management in new construction, and expertise in reading and understanding AV engineering drawings.
