Located in Media, Penn State Brandywine offers students a range of knowledge and skills as they prepare for careers in the global arena through 12 baccalaureate degrees, 11 minors, associate’s degrees, and a variety of special programs.

Marketing Communications Specialist

This position manages and updates web content; serves as the campus webmaster; creates print publications, electronic newsletters, and advertisements; and creates content for the school’s website and social media, special events, photography, video production, and administrative support.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or higher; a minimum of two years of related experience; and previous experience with website content management software, desktop publishing software, email marketing platforms, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office 365.

Student Health Services Nurse

This position performs triage and basic nursing care according to nurse protocols; provides appropriate referrals for students requiring medical care; and offers phone advice and patient education as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in nursing and two years of related work experience; nursing experience in college health, emergency room, public health, and school health; and experience and competency in health education and health promotion programs and activities.

Maintenance Mechanic

This position performs regular maintenance by making repairs to plumbing, heating, air conditioning, and ventilating equipment; lubricates fresh air supply and exhaust fans, air conditioning units, and unit ventilators; and inspects and maintains the sewers, gas and water mains, and utility areas.

The ideal candidate will possess one to three years of applied trades training in maintenance mechanical work; knowledge of heating, plumbing, ventilating, and electrical equipment; and the ability to use complicated drawings, specifications, charts, tables, and adjustable measuring instruments.
