This position creates project work plans and leads the team’s efforts to fulfill the plan; identifies and recommends best practice improvements to talent and performance processes; and provides hands-on assistance in configuring and testing solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in human capital management as either a technology or HR functional specialist; functional domain experience in human capital management; and knowledge of continuous feedback HR principles and practices.

Customer Portal Project Manager

This position helps determine functional requirements based on customer business needs; identifies the operation and structure of the portal and how internal and external customers will use it; and leads the development of requirements, specifications, design prototypes, and solutions mockups.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related discipline; a minimum of five years of hands-on industry experience in designing, developing, and implementing customer portal applications; and pharmaceutical or life science industry experience.

Logistics & Distribution Consultant

This position assesses current business processes and supporting systems in an effort to in-source transactions from third-party vendors; makes recommendations about potential opportunities to streamline business processes; and assists with organization transformations.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in engineering, science, business, or a related discipline; a minimum of 15 years of experience in logistics and distribution on a global scale; and experience with SAP ECC, GTS, and bulk shipment.
