GIS Laboratory Manager

This position supervises the operations and maintenance of the GIS laboratory; maintains and accounts for GPS equipment, software, and the GPS base station; and ensures that expendable supplies are available to support lab, teaching, and research requirements and operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in GIS, geography, or a related discipline; and a minimum of three years of related experience in geospatial systems and techniques.

Instructional Designer, Level II

This position supports the processes necessary to promote the effective use of instructional technologies; leads technical support and consultation for the development, delivery, and presentation of instructional material; and researches new services and technologies.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in instructional design or a related discipline; experience with instructional design methods inclusive of method design to meet ADA requirements; and experience troubleshooting in a desktop computing environment.
