Assistant Registrar

This position gathers and evaluates transfer credit documentation and evaluates transfer credit; utilizes various office computer software and equipment to produce transcripts and diplomas; and serves as the college’s Veteran’s Affairs Certifying Official while remaining current with federal rules and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline; three to five years of directly-related experience providing detail-oriented clerical and customer support; and experience with records management in college, law, accounting, or medical offices.

Assistant Director Leadership Giving and Gift Planning

This position manages leadership annual gift prospects across a large geographic territory; manages and maintains accurate and up-to-date database records of work with prospects; and recruits, trains, and manages fundraising volunteers to increase alumni engagement and involvement.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of work experience in institutional advancement; strong organizational abilities, including the ability to manage multiple projects at once; and excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.

Title IX Project Manager

This position assists with events, publications, website content, and community building; creates student-friendly content for the website, brochures, posters, and other publications to support campus efforts in preventing sexual misconduct; and assists with scheduling cases for the Title IX Coordinator.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree and a minimum of three years of work experience; trauma-informed background, especially related to sexual assault; and experience in working on issues of gender, sexuality, and/or sexual misconduct or violence prevention.
