This position leads improvement projects and key activities from idea generation to realization and financial validation; manages and leads improvement teams across multiple sites and business segments; and helps create best practices standardization.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or supply chain; a minimum of five years of work experience, including two years of process improvement project leadership; and supply chain, logistics, and/or quality work experience.

Senior Financial Analyst

This position monitors daily sales and drives outlook and budget; prepares data and participates in business steering team meetings; coordinates financials submission and participates in the close process; and reports expenses to cost center owners.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of financial accounting and corporate finance; strong financial modeling, analytical, budgeting, and forecasting skills; superior problem-solving and analytical skills; and experience with Hyperion HFM and Microsoft Business Intelligence.
