Financial Analyst

This position will coordinate preparation and consolidation of worldwide monthly business unit reporting, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports. He/she will make recommendations to management regarding cost-saving or profit-generating opportunities and profitability-improvement strategies. The person will aid in the preparation of the strategic plan, annual budget, and quarterly forecasts. The individual will also interface with Finance peers to collect and interpret information for monthly analysis and ensure proper back up is obtained to support all public disclosures.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, and have a minimum of four to six years of experience in progressively responsible positions in accounting and finance management. He/she should have a strong analytical background in budgeting and forecasting at the parent level, superior organizational skills, and a broad business perspective, including international finance considerations.

Human Resources Service Delivery Coordinator

This position answers and responds to incoming phone calls and e-mails and processes transactional requests. He/she develops and maintains a positive working relationship with both internal and external customers in order to resolve issues/concerns that arise. The person demonstrates the ability to interpret and explain HR polices, processes, and impact. The individual handles routine research for all issues relating to HR processes and systems, and interprets various routine HR plans, programs, policies, and procedures.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of work experience, preferably in either HR or a customer service role. He/she should have demonstrated proficiency in handling administrative tasks. The person needs to gain an intuitive knowledge of systems in order to train and troubleshoot with end users. The position requires the ability to maintain the highest levels of confidentiality at all times.
