This position leverages the list of targeted accounts and executives to prospect and schedule calls for account executives; helps identify target executives the company should approach; and makes a minimum of 100 contacts per day through outbound sales efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of high performance in academic, athletic, and extra-curricular endeavors; experience generating discovery calls and meetings with new business prospects; and will be motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.

National Account Executive

This position utilizes excellent communications and negotiation skills to meet sales quotas and revenue goals; performs accurate Salesforce.com forecasting; manages sales communications through e-mail, conference calls, and meetings; and facilitates the sales process from beginning to end.

The ideal candidate will possess three to five years of experience selling enterprise software solutions; familiarity with customer experience management solutions, customer journeys, and customer satisfaction survey technologies; and experience with longer sales cycles.

Backend Software Engineer

This position designs, develops, tests, deploys, and supports highly scalable, multi-tenant backend systems; collaborates with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic; and builds reusable code and libraries.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical discipline; a minimum of five to 10 years of development experience; and an in-depth understanding of the entire web development process, including design, development, deployment, and scaling.
