Research Analyst

This position designs web surveys using Qualtrics; administers surveys, analyzes data using SPSS, and produces summary reports using data visualization software; and prepares qualitative reports, including the editing, coding, and production of final qualitative comments and final reports.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a research or analytical field of study; two or more years of experience in higher education or a comparable professional environment; strong quantitative and statistical skills; and excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

Associate Director/Senior Associate Director of Financial Assistance for Operations

This position manages the administration of the Federal Direct Loan programs and Private/Alternative Educational Loan programs; provides counseling services to prospective and current students; and oversees the audit committee for the Office of Financial Assistance.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree and senior level management and training experience; experience with all aspects of Title IV aid administration and regulations; and a minimum of five years of progressive experience in a financial aid office.

Career Program Assistant

This position manages data entry of all students and alumni job postings; compiles content and creates the weekly newsletter for students via e-mail; and manages consistent procedures for participant registration and candidate interview management.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree; a minimum of two years of experience in technology, administration, or related work involving recruitment processes; and knowledge of recruitment or human resources practices.
