Senior Developer

This position collaborates on the process of aligning business goals with development initiatives within the InsuranceNow environment; configures and maintains the InsuranceNow product to meet industry specifications; and builds an internal data warehouse to drive advanced business intelligence initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline; five years of post-degree developer experience in the insurance industry; and experience with Guidewire InsuranceNow product configuration for insurance carriers.

Claims Adjuster

This position provides determinations of coverage for submitted claims; provides complete and through reviews of medical records; communicates with treating veterinarians; and works with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of high-level experience as a veterinary technician in a vet clinic; CVT or equivalent; and a comprehensive understanding of disease processes and veterinary medical terminology.

Chief Veterinary Medical Officer

This position provides veterinary oversight of the claims department, including the management of claims appeals; presents a wide variety of materials for professional and public audiences; and provides a medical perspective for the management team.

The ideal candidate will possess a VMD degree; a minimum of five years of experience in a veterinary practice; excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills; and the ability to apply innovative ideas and critical thinking skills.
