Advancement Coordinator

This position plans and executes the advancement priority projects using the principles and best practices of project management; maintains prospect tracking notes and ensures contact reports are entered in the data management system; and assists with donor proposals and follow-up.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of experience in a senior level administrative support role; expert skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; and demonstrated knowledge working with database software.

Assistant Director, Financial Aid Services

This position prepares annual financial aid awards for a specific population of graduate students; counsels parents and students concerning eligibility requirements for federal, state, and institutional aid; and ensures compliance with all applicable regulations governing financial aid.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and five to seven years of progressive financial aid office experience; superior planning, problem solving, and multitasking skills; and demonstrated knowledge of general financial aid theories, procedures, and federal regulations.

Academic Secretary – Center for Education

This position acts as liaison between faculty and students, supporting enrollment-related paperwork processing; assists with special projects including graduation and orientation activities; and greets, screens and directs callers to appropriate staff and faculty members when needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma and one year of secretarial or administrative assistance experience; excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; and the ability to maintain complex electronic and paper filing systems and records.
