Senior Assistant Director of Financial Assistance

This position participates in the process of file review, verification, and awarding of financial assistance to undergraduate and graduate students; provides counseling services to prospective and current parents; and coordinates the review and renewal of school-sponsored academic scholarships.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and three years of experience in a financial aid office; experience with counseling, review, and verification; knowledge of federal student aid systems, including NSLDS, COD, and CPS; and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Assistant Director, Retention and Outreach

This position provides mentoring and supervisory support to scholarship recipients; monitors and advises CASA student scholarship and mentoring groups; and oversees the planning and implementing of outreach strategies, including college days, community service, orientation programs, and more.

The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in higher education, counseling, or related field with supervisory or management experience; five years of experience counseling multicultural students in high school or college; and strong working knowledge of college-level programming.

Manager, College Partnerships

This position identifies prospective corporate, non-profit, governmental, educational, and civic organizations with which to develop strong community relationships and partnerships; promotes CPS programs to external partners; and creates new revenue streams for the college.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree; a minimum of five to seven years of relevant and applicable work experience in proactive sales and/or recruitment; demonstrated project management experience; and strong communication skills.
