The Field Safety Engineer at Monroe Energy develops, implements, and sustains Health & Safety (H&S) systems, programs, & standards to drive incidents and injuries to “zero” and provide support and consultation to achieve compliance with all company policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
The Field Safety Engineer candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related science/engineering field, be a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), and have 3 to 5 years’ H&S experience in high-risk industry such as refining, petrochemical, or chemical processing.

Project Controls Leader
The Project Controls Leader at Monroe Energy is responsible for maintenance planning/scheduling, cost engineering, change control, project performance analysis and cost estimating activities as well as provides guidance on routine/non-routine cost engineering/planning and scheduling activities and supports project organizational, reporting and administrative activities.
The ideal client should have at least 15 years Maintenance and Capital Projects experience in Mechanical, Technical, and Project Management Support Functions in high-risk industry such as refining, petrochemical, or chemical processing, a high school or BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, or Civil Engineering and be proficient with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Safety Systems Lead
The Safety Systems Lead will develop, implement, and sustain Health & Safety (H&S) systems, programs, & standards to drive incidents and injuries to “zero” and coordinate outside resources such as consultants in performance of H&S projects, third party insurance administrators, etc.
The Safety Systems Lead candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety & Health or related science/engineering field, be a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH), and have 5 to 15 years’ H&S experience in high-risk industry such as refining, petrochemical, or chemical processing.
