
Flight Controls Engineer
This position defines, analyzes, and reviews software requirements to meet defined and anticipated customer needs; designs and develops flight and mission-critical onboard software for manned systems; and develops flight test cards for software-enabled flight tests.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in physical science, engineering, or a related discipline; four years of experience in a professional environment developing in MATLAB; and experience in developing physics-based 6 DOF simulations.

Subcontracts Manager/Buyer
This position develops and manages various types of agreements, subcontracts, purchase orders, and other contract/legal documents; monitors and corrects subcontractor/supplier performance; and reviews all subcontract modifications and proposals.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree; a minimum of three years of experience in purchasing/subcontracting; aerospace or manufacturing experience; and excellent oral and written communication skills.

Mechanical Design Engineer
This position interprets design specifications and drawings; designs machined, molded, and formed parts and assemblies; and develops, selects, or determines design details, such as standard component selection, thread and tolerance specifications, and more.
The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree; five years of experience in mechanical design for aerospace, automotive industries, or a similar field; or proficiency in the use of AutoCAD and SolidWorks for 3D model-based designs.
