Product Manager

This position conducts targeted market research and analyzes the resulting data to identify new revenue opportunities. He/she leads product development efforts derived from identified market trends, industry regulations, competitive intelligence, customers, and internal partners. The person works closely with marketing to help position the product to optimize revenue and maximize market share.

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of three years of successful product management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment and/or in the financial services/fintech industry. He/she will have demonstrated market success managing existing products and optimizing their performance. The person will have proven product management expertise in a software development company.

Contract Manager

This position reviews, drafts, negotiates, and administers contracts on behalf of the legal department in accordance with organizational and departmental contracting policies and procedures. He/she performs risk assessment of proposed contractual terms and conditions, and develops recommendations to minimize potential risk. The person prepares and communicates appropriate summaries or other reports relating to material contract terms and conditions.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, and will have a minimum of four years of relevant experience as a procurement professional with proven contract management skills. The person will preferably be certified as a paralegal or in contracting management.

Product Marketing Manager

This position works closely with the product team to bring new products, features, and/or services to market. He/she educates internal and external stakeholders on product features and benefits, and trains sales and customer support teams on new tools and products. The person creates content to articulate product benefits, and promotes the product through thought leadership, blogging, social media, and speaking.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. He/she will be a proven and visible marketer with five to seven years of experience determining product-market fit and delivering products to market. The person will be proficient in HubSpot’s Content Optimization System.
