Team Leader, Data Center, Americas

This position manages a team of IT specialists and external vendors to deliver daily operations across server, database, and computing operations/data center domains. He/she coaches and leads the team in order to establish high performance in a developing LEAN environment. The person monitors team performance through KPIs and metrics, and ensures periodic performance reporting.

The ideal candidate will possess at least a bachelor’s degree in an information management-related area or business administration. He/she will have a minimum of five years of experience in managing delivery and support in a mixed-sourced environment, preferably in a regulated industry. The person will have excellent knowledge of infrastructure processes and experience within the data center domain.

Manager, Technical Accounting

This position provides technical accounting guidance to the accounting and financial reporting groups in accordance with GAAP, IFRS, and applicable federal reporting requirements. He/she advises management of the most beneficial accounting treatment, and develops company positions on relevant accounting and regulatory developments. The person leads and directs the development of accounting policy and procedure implementation.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting and CPA certification. He/she will have a minimum of five years of public accounting experience. Big four audit experience and applicable industry experience are a plus.

Inside Sales Executive

This position identifies and pursues sales opportunities and builds commercial contacts in order to realize formulated sales objectives on lease penetration rate, new business volume, and vendor profitability. He/she identifies sales opportunities, and ensures follow-up. The person manages business relationships with dealers and/or vendor partners in order to increase business, income, and profitability.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or a related field. He/she will have up to three years of applicable experience. The person will have insight in local dealer organization structure, distribution channels, and vendor agreements.
