Business Manager – Inn at Villanova

This position prepares the monthly closing of financial statements, accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations, helps prepare and review budgets, forecasts, and operating results, and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree, a minimum of three years of hospitality-related financial management and accounting experience, and training in all areas of accounting, including budgeting, payroll, general ledger, and more.

Associate Director of Prospect Research

This position conducts proactive and reactive research in support of the university’s fundraising goals, strategically identifies and rates new major gift prospects, and manages the research and analysis process required for the policy on naming a university asset.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a master’s degree, four to six years of relevant experience, including at least two years of supervisory experience, and proficiency in working with relational databases and online research sources.

Procurement Card Administrator

This position performs audits on all cardholder transactions and expense reports, monitors procurement card activity and usage patterns, investigates unusual charges and recommends appropriate action, and creates, modifies, suspends, and cancels cardholder accounts as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, two to three years of office experience with computer applications, and a working knowledge of accounts payable and procurement procedures.

Assistant Director, Recruitment (Graduate Business Programs)

This position develops and implements recruiting and yield strategies for specialized master’s programs, assesses qualifications of MBA and other master’s program candidates, counsels candidates about program features, and recommends admissions decisions.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, three to five years of relevant and applicable work experience, and demonstrated experience executing marketing and recruiting strategies.
