Ingrid and Frank Nestore from Broomall took their new 2017 black Corvette convertible for a spin at Ocean City’s Annual Corvette Show, writes Donald Wittkowski for the Ocean City (N.J.) Daily.

The couple, who are fiercely loyalty to the brand, have owned seven Corvettes over the years, including the iconic 1965 model. Ingrid, 67, attributes her love for the Corvette to the car’s winning combination of superb handling and performance, combined with its gorgeous looks.

“When you step on the gas, you really go,” she said. “It’s like flying. It really hugs the road.”

This is the 27th time that the Boardwalk Corvettes of Atlantic City club has organized the event, considered one of the top five Corvette events in the country. The Nestores’ latest ride was proudly on display on the Boardwalk along with many of the other Corvettes that had travelled from around the country to take part.

During the celebration, Ingrid also thoroughly enjoyed being surrounded by so many other beautiful Vettes.

“If you look around, it’s like ‘Wow!’’’ she said.
