The leader in commercial real estate services is transforming its own real estate by bringing a new, open-style office environment to a brand-new, 25,735-square-foot building on East Lancaster Avenue in Radnor.

CBRE’s Workplace360 concept provides a paperless office and unassigned workstations for employees to pick from, according to a Commercial Property Executive report by Razvan Cimpean. Workplace360 represents a new way of working designed to increase collaboration and improve productivity.

CBRE plans to move its Wayne workforce to Radnor in February 2018.

“Moving our suburban Wayne professionals into this new office will allow them to better interact and collaborate in an amazing workplace environment,” said CBRE Executive Managing Director Robert Walters.
