Manager, Financial Planning and Analysis

This position assists in directing the financial activities of the organization by performing a variety of duties. He/she plans, organizes, and directs the overall budgeting and forecasting process for the company. The person develops and presents key analytics for senior management and investor relations. He/she develops financial models and ad-hoc analysis for management and investors.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and conceptual skills, including the ability to analyze financial data, draw sound conclusions, and recommend effective courses of action. He/she will have strong financial modeling and Excel knowledge. The person will be proficient with a variety of applications, including HFM, Smartview, SAP, and Microsoft Office.

Global Operations – Strategic Manufacturing

This position develops, maintains, and manages project plans, schedules, and other project-specific documentation. He/she actively plans for upcoming tasks and reevaluates when activities and dependencies have changes. The person works closely with the strategic manufacturing leadership team and other functions on strategic manufacturing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess an associate degree, though a bachelor’s degree is preferred. PMP or PgMP certification is preferred. He/she will have five years of project management experience. The person will have previous experience with Microsoft Project and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Senior Payroll Coordinator

This position provides guidance and assists team members to ensure that deadlines are met. He/she maintains the payroll shared mailbox and responds to all complex inquiries, including those requiring additional research and regulation review. The person maintains weekly payroll spreadsheet reconciliations, processes timecard adjustments, and reconciles hours to be paid.

The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in payroll, accounting, or banking. Previous experience working in a shared service environment such as payroll or human resources is a plus. CPP certification and/or an associate degree is a plus.
