Sales Manager Level 1

This position manages the daily operation of one store, including the development and growth of people, sales, and profits; meets annual, quarterly, and monthly sales goals, margins, and operating costs; and staffs, trains, and develops associates, including conducting performance reviews.

The ideal candidate will possess two years of experience in retail food management; excellent leadership and communication skills; experience with Microsoft Office software, email, point of sale systems, inventory control systems, and payroll systems; and knowledge of food cost control systems.

 Assistant Manager

This position assures and enforces the in-store business climate and expectations from all CSRs; assists with inventory controls, including rotation, shrink, and cycle counts; performs accurate and timely POS system input and reconciliation; and manages, mentors, and coaches all members of the team.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and leadership skills; the ability to communicate effectively in order to motivate a team of customer service representatives; and good organizational and delegation skills.

Prep Cook/Packager

This position labels and stocks all ingredients on shelves so they can be organized and easily accessible; prepares cooking ingredients by washing and chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.; and maintains a clean and orderly kitchen by washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and taking out the trash.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED and training from a culinary school; proven experience as a prep cook and knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen; skill in operating cutting tools and kitchen utensils; very good physical condition and endurance.
