Boeing is among the largest global aircraft manufacturers, is the second-largest defense contractor in the world, and is the largest exporter in the United States by dollar value.

Human Resources Generalist

This position implements and coordinates strategies to ensure integration and alignment within the assigned business group and across the HR function. He/she coaches and develops all levels of employees, engages in corrective action discussions, and supports various organizational activities in a virtual environment. The person is responsible for the deployment and administration of HR programs, policies, practices, and processes for the supplier management and integrated quality organizations.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree and six or more years of work experience, or a master’s degree and four or more years of work experience. He/she will have a minimum of five years of experience as an HR generalist or specialist and in an HR generalist strategic business partner role. The person will have experience leading and influencing people strategies and key HR initiatives across businesses and functions.

Business Skills Rotation Program

Boeing Finance is seeking talented entry-level candidates who are interested in participating in the business skills rotation program and are capable of jumping into challenging assignments. The program consists of three 12-18 month rotations involving numerous financial disciplines, including operations, procurement, supply chain, financial planning, scheduling, contracts, and more.

This position works as part of a business management team in developing, integrating, analyzing, and presenting business and financial plans. He/she develops integrated cost, schedule, and resource plans, provides performance assessment and reporting, and develops financial projections. The person uses historical and forecast data to perform trend analyses, earned-value management, variance analyses, and risk assessments.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a business major with at least a 3.0 GPA. He/she will preferably have previous business-related formal internships or work experience.
