AMResorts is expected to have 50 properties and more than 19,000 rooms in 25 destinations under management by the end of 2018.

Key Account Manager

The position will formulate and execute strategies that will increase the productivity of each one of the distribution companies, in order to reach the annual goals. This is completed through problem solving, as well as analyzing data and creating the processes for implementation that will be utilized to optimize the distribution channels in order to meet company goals and financial objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have three to five years of industry experience, preferably in areas of reporting within sales or revenue management. He/she must be proficient in Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, and have excellent time management and project management skills.

Wedding Specialist

This position will assist and pursue wedding leads. Responsibilities include managing the online chat program, and assisting with initial and basic wedding inquiries. He/she will report trends in the marketplace, and help couples find the resort suited to their needs. The person will provide additional attention to resorts needing a boost in wedding production, and act as a resource for agents. The individual will build a relationship with resorts’ Wedding Managers to further increase response time and customer service.

The ideal candidate will have one to three years of experience in Customer Service or Sales. A background in the bridal and travel industry – specifically focused on destination weddings and honeymoons – is preferred. Prior knowledge of AMResorts’ properties as strong plus.

Training Coordinator

The position will provide assistance, clerical and administrative, to ensure the smooth and effective functioning of training department, events, and special projects. He/she will assist with organizing, designing, developing, and coordinating large or small-scale training projects. The person supports the Training Manager and Regional Trainers, and assists with updating and maintaining training materials.

The ideal candidate will possess a college degree, and have advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments. Strong communication skills and experience in coordinating multiple training events are required. He/she should have knowledge of Vertical Booking and other extranets.
