Applied Behavior Support – Children’s Residential Facility

This position participates in continued behavioral assessments in a variety of settings, works closely with the clinical team to provide individually designed behavior plans, and helps implement therapeutic interventions and protocols.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, or a related field, residential service experience, knowledge of autism spectrum disorders and intervention, and the ability to remain calm when confronted with maladaptive behavior.

Residential Living Support

This position supervises, assists, and trains consumers in self-care and independent living skills, aids the client in food shopping, preparation, serving, and clean-up, and counsels consumers with personal, behavioral, or social problems.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED, one to two years of experience in human services, and a valid driver’s license.

Mental Health Unit Manager

This position provides direct clinical supervision to all professional staff within the assigned residential unit, develops treatment plans, and acts as an advocate, representing client needs and rights with outside social service agencies and funding sources.

The ideal candidate will preferably possess a master’s degree, five years of experience in a mental health field, two years of supervisory experience, and knowledge and experience in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and evaluation.

Plumbing Maintenance Supervisor

This position coordinates and prioritizes work requests, supervises assigned work teams, handles on-call and emergency situations, and installs, replaces, troubleshoots, and repairs all items associated with building systems.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of five to six years of experience working in building trades, a minimum of two years of supervisory experience, and knowledge of standards of at least two building trades.
