Part of the Crozer-Keystone Health System, Springfield Hospital has been providing quality patient care since its founding in 1960 and currently admits more than 1,800 patients and receives more than 11,000 emergency department visits annually.

Clinical Liaison

This position coordinates and assists with the in-take and pre-administration screening process, ensures appropriate patient placement through clinical assessments and screening, and evaluates potential candidates for rehab admission and services.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of physician relations, experience interfacing with managed care companies, Medicare, or other payors, and clinical experience with demonstrated skills in clinical assessment and marketing.

Nursing Supervisor

This position supervises the daily operations and manages the nursing staff in an assigned clinical unit.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in nursing, two years of relevant clinical experience, a current Pennsylvania RN license, and management or leadership experience.

Patient Care Secretary

This position performs various assigned duties, clerical and otherwise, for an assigned nursing department.

The ideal candidate will have completed a unit clerk certificate program, or will have completed at least two years in an accredited school of professional nursing, or will possess one year of previous experience as a unit secretary in a hospital setting.

PM & R Registration Rep

This position facilitates and monitors the registration and flow of patients throughout the outpatient registration process, schedules patient visits, and solves scheduling issues.

The ideal candidate will possess experience performing a variety of secretarial and support functions in a hospital setting, as well as supervisory experience.
