IT Auditor

This position compiles and evaluates information through inquiry, tests, analysis, and observations to develop conclusions about IT risks and the operating effectiveness of internal controls. He/she develops a detailed understanding of business processes, policies, risks, and controls in information systems and prepares walk through and testing documentation. The person assists the IT Audit Manager in creating and testing audit procedures required to meet audit objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related area. He/she should have one to three years of public accounting and/or industry experience in a manufacturing environment. The person will exhibit the leadership and communication skills needed to articulate risk and control concepts to management.

Business Senior Architect

This position will work with internal customers and business stakeholders tactically and strategically to understand business processes, assess capability, and help with improvement opportunities. He/she will document user and functional requirements based on an aligned and standardized enterprise process. The person will manage projects from inception through completion, gather requirements, and create and maintain project plans.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, and have eight to ten years of related business architecture and/or process excellence experience, leveraging standard tools. He/she should be highly analytical and comfortable with leveraging data to drive business process and IT decisions. The person will have the demonstrated ability to leverage a strong business acumen to interact with business leaders.

Contract Manager

This position provides comprehensive legal and business support by preparing, negotiating, and managing compliance of a wide spectrum of agreements, including the development and maintenance of template agreements and the review and analysis of customer and vendor-drafted agreements. He/she provides cross-functional team leadership during negotiations, conflict analysis, and resolution. The person also assists with the formulation of policies and procedures and promoting compliance across Axalta business units and functions.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, and have at least five years of legal/contract management professional experience. Expertise should be in commercial transaction practices and in negotiation strategies and techniques. The person will have the ability to manage multiple complex projects with limited supervision in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
