Environment, Health, and Safety – Senior Manager

This position insures adherence to all applicable internal and external environmental, health, and safety regulatory environments. He/she serves as a resource and partner for the site environmental, health, safety, and EOT coordinator roles. The person assists assets in thorough investigations and accurate documentation of all significant environmental, health, and safety related incidents.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in safety, risk management, or health, or equivalent work experience. He/she will have a minimum of seven to ten years of relevant experience. The person will preferably have the Certified Safety Professional credential. He/she have extensive knowledge of the regulatory requirements of OSHA, EPA, NFPA, and other federal and state agencies.

Operations Manager

This position ensures that all assets, including materials, costs, procedures, inventories, equipment, and personnel are properly managed, maintained, and developed. He/she promotes a positive work environment designed to promote safety, housekeeping, and employee relations. The person represents operating units in staff-coordinated activities.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience. He/she will have a minimum of two years of leadership experience. The person will have working knowledge of safety requirements and EHS systems and standards. He/she will preferably have experience managing distribution standards.

Lead Mechanical Engineer

This position leads single or multiple product or process improvement projects with a financial scope of up to $10 million from conception through commercialization. He/she provides leadership and creativity in the initiation of design, development, and optimization of tissue and/or towel converting equipment and processes to meet unit objectives.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or mechanical engineering technology. He/she will have a minimum of four years of experience in a variety of technical and/or operational assignments in a manufacturing environment. The person will possess specific, in-depth technical knowledge and expertise in tissue manufacturing or converting processes.
