.Revenue Cycle Director
This position plans, directs, coordinates, and implements a fully integrated billing, AR management, cash posting, credit, and collection process; and facilitates the timely resolution of sensitive collection issues within an environment of favorable public relations.
The ideal candidate will possess a master’s degree in a relevant discipline and 10 years of relevant work experience; eight years of management experience in healthcare receivables management; and experience working with system implementations and data element analysis.

Medical Receptionist
This position performs medical receptionist and data entry duties, including assisting with patient pre-visit preparations; assists patients with scheduling tests and referrals as needed; and scans, indexes, and flow sheets all incoming documents to the patients EMR per practice process.
The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent; good written and oral communication and customer service skills; excellent organizational and data entry skills; and the flexibility to work schedule to extend hours as necessary.

Senior Accountant
This position prepares appropriate ledger entries and reconciliations; prepares financial statements for the entire multi-hospital system; maintains the general ledger system and reconciles sub-ledger to general ledger account balances; and conducts technical accounting research.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in accounting and accreditation as a certified public accounting; five to seven years of relevant work experience; solid communication, technology, organizational, and analytical skills; and experience with financial system conversion.
