Recruiting Manager

The Recruiting Manager at eMoney provides leadership, guidance and strategy development for the recruiting function and is responsible for driving all aspects of the recruiting process and partnering with HR leadership, hiring managers and senior leadership to develop and execute on strong recruiting strategies.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, at least 7 years of high-volume technical recruiting experience required, preferably in an SAAS environment and experience working with geographically dispersed recruiting teams, hiring managers and roles.

Head of Marketing

The Head of Marketing at eMoney is responsible for building and leading a high-impact team of professionals across the spectrum of marketing including design, video production, demand generation, art direction, content, public relations, advertising, events, market research, client communication and corporate communication and for bringing a strategic, long-term vision, exceptional measurement and analytics capabilities, and extensive experience building brands and executing successful marketing programs.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, at least 10 years of experience in senior marketing leadership and management roles, preferably at a software/SaaS company, including 7 or more years experience leading the strategic development and execution of marketing activities with technology-enabled and data business models.
