Instructional Technology Specialist

This position will assist in integrating digital technology throughout the curriculum by working with faculty and students, and offer classroom instruction and individual assistance to students on various projects. He/she will assist faculty in developing web-based teaching materials, and manage and mentor a cohort of students who work on various web-based and other types of projects. The person will also disseminate information about the use of instructional technology in various formats.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree plus two years of relevant experience. He/she should have experience with fundamental web technologies (e.g. HTML5, CSS, JavaScript) and experience with current programming languages (e.g. Python, Ruby). The person should also have experience integrating multimedia into web-based courses and familiarity with tools used to produce web-based materials (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud apps).

Executive Director, Center for Peace and Global Citizenship

This position will work with the Provost and Institutional Advancement to develop and oversee the annual budget, monitor all accounts for the Center and regularly update budget allotments to make use of resources most effectively. He/she works with the Academic Faculty Director to develop collaborative relationships with faculty and students and to create bridges between civic engagement in global contemporary issues and innovative scholarship.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree, and have significant administrative experience within a non-profit environment, including budget oversight and a record of working with external boards and constituencies. He/she should have significant experience in higher education, including academic administration, student advising and/or faculty relations.

HRIS/HCM Implementation Specialist

This position will assist in collecting various HRIS data and maintaining its integrity, while working with HR staff as well as members of the campus community, to enter and process data via both electronic and paper processes. He/she will assist in establishing and updating data and configuration tables/worktags/workbooks to validate all information in the new HCM system, such as positions, accounts, departments, benefits, deductions, etc. The person will research, escalate, and resolve systems issues as appropriate.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in human resources, business, or a related field, and have two to three years of experience with HRIS platform(s) and general HR competencies. Advanced skills using electronic Human Resources Management systems for data entry, analysis, and integration processes are required. The person should also have advanced knowledge of HR best practices.
