harrahsHarrah’s Chester Casino & Racetrack is a racino on the Chester waterfront. The casino consists of 2,900 slot machines, 100,000 square feet of gaming space, and a 14,000-square-foot event center. It offers live table games, slot machines, harness racing, dining, and a variety of entertainment.

Experienced Supervisor

This position serves as a dynamic and energetic leader, while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation, and open communication. He/she establishes self as a highly credible leader with highest levels of integrity, and always acts in the best interests of the property and the company. The person acts as a role model and coach while developing employees using a consistent, approachable demeanor and clearly articulating expectations.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree, and have knowledge of casino rules, procedures, and regulations as applied to the game(s) under supervision. He/she should have supervisory, communication, and organizational skills. The person will have thorough and complete knowledge of all internal controls, Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board rules, and company regulations and policies.

Promotions and Business Operations Supervisor

This position creates and ensures a fun-filled, entertaining, and exciting environment where the flawless delivery and execution of service excellence is paramount. He/she serves as a dynamic, positive leader, while fostering teamwork, employee morale, motivation, and open communication. The person will provide appropriate recognition and rewards to individuals and groups when consistent superior performance is attained.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or a related field, and have promotion/event planning and general hosting experience. He/she must have an upbeat and positive personality, and have knowledge of casino operations and casino customer programs.

Total Rewards Manager

This position works as a change agent to improve and streamline department operations, through the continuous assessment of policies and procedures, work processes, and program effectiveness and value. He/she demonstrates excellent facilitator skills in resolving conflicts between different points of view. The person demonstrates leadership skills in determining a vision, and aligns and inspires the team to achieve the vision. This role coordinates with other departments to ensure total guest satisfaction and efficient operations in a comfortable environment.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Public Relations, or Communications. He/she will have a minimum of five years of related experience, including two years of supervisory experience. Excellent communication and organization skills are essential with emphasis on poise and productivity in high-paced, deadline-driven environment.
