Assistant Director of Operations

This position oversees residential programming services for all residents, assists with follow-up for incidents and investigations, helps ensure that the program is operating within budget, and assists with the hiring process of direct-care personnel and management staff.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree, a minimum of three years of experience in the provision of services to people with intellectual disabilities, and knowledge of the principles of quality assurance.

Job Coach

This position develops and monitors outcomes related to the employment of assigned individuals, helps teach personal and professional skills development, and facilitates communication among the individual, their employer, and their support team.

The ideal candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a minimum of two years of experience working with adults with intellectual disabilities, and experience in vocational education or job coaching.

Recruiter

This position coordinates all HR external recruiting efforts, conducts all preliminary background checks required for new hires, coordinates new hire orientation sessions, and maintains all employee new hire personnel files.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study, though a master’s degree is preferred, and a minimum of three years of experience in HR, including recruiting as a primary function.

Behavior Specialist

This position develops, implements, and maintains all behavioral and support plans and associated tracking, schedules and attends all psychiatric appointments for assigned patients, and conducts routine home visits as needed.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor’s degree in sociology, special education, psychology, or a related discipline, two years of experience working with people with intellectual disabilities, and effective communication skills.
