Bus Sales Manager
This position seeks out bids and prospects from vendor bus companies for charter work, to secure the best price in order to provide the highest profit. He/she will provide the Director of Marketing and/or the Vice President of Marketing with an accurate weekly forecast, which assists other departments to meet business demands. The person will also manage key relationships and respond to and consistently meet the needs of clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Sales/Marketing or a related field, and have some experience in a sales-related field. He/she should be proficient in all Microsoft applications, and have good organizational skills, with the ability to multi-task and pay attention to details. The person must be able to obtain and maintain the appropriate license through the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board.
Account Development Host
This position is responsible for flawlessly booking all guest trip accommodations (i.e. special event reservations, restaurant reservations, shows, hotel, transportation, special amenities, etc.). He/she will handle and resolve player problems or service issues that may arise. The person will maintain goodwill with all guests, and ensure they are aware of all property special events and promotions. You will also continuously serve as a customer listening post, ensuring that all customer feedback is properly recorded and forwarded to the appropriate manager.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. He/she must have a minimum of three years in a supervisory capacity with customer-related service. The person must have outstanding communication and organization skills.
Count Room Representative
This position will demonstrate superior customer service skills to external and internal guests by displaying Spotlight on Success behaviors. He/she will maintain an upbeat, positive attitude, friendly and helpful demeanor, positive energy, and enthusiasm from one interaction to the next. The person must be well informed of promotional programs and any other relevant valuable guest information.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate with all levels of management in a clear, friendly, and confident manner. He/she must be able to maneuver around office areas, effectively work in high traffic areas, and respond to visual and aural cues.
